Currently we work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and older.

Currently, we use EMDR. However, based on assessments like the DES-II or other considerations for disassociation problems or concerns we may use other therapies like art therapy, sand tray, CBT, DBT, or others as needed dependent on clients needs.

We are currently located in Pleasant Grove near exit 275 off highway 15.
